Workplace Emotional First Aid is practical support content. It should be used with care, clear consent, and appropriate professional escalation when a situation requires it.

By using Workplace Healing, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What Workplace Healing provides

Workplace Healing provides educational content, source journeys, reflection prompts, scripts, and internal tools related to workplace emotional first aid.

3. What Workplace Healing is not

The service is not therapy, medical care, emergency care, diagnosis, legal advice, HR advice, or a replacement for professional support or formal workplace processes.

4. Account responsibilities

If you create an account, keep your login details secure and use accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, scrape private data, impersonate others, or use the service in a way that harms people or violates law.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of content you create in the service. You grant us permission to store, process, and display that content as needed to provide the service.

7. Organization pilots

Organizations are responsible for setting appropriate consent, privacy, employment, and safety processes before using the kit with employees or collecting pilot feedback.
