Workplace Healing is designed as a small content kit and internal source workspace. Personal entries should stay private to the account owner unless a separate organization pilot agreement says otherwise.
This policy covers the Workplace Healing website, source journey workspace, account features, and internal check-in tools.
We may collect account information such as email address, authentication details, and optional profile information. If you use internal tools, we may also store entries, reflections, check-in ratings, notes, and related workspace content you choose to save.
We use information to provide account access, save your workspace content, operate the site, respond to support requests, maintain security, and improve the product. We do not sell personal content or use private entries for advertising.
The public Workplace Emotional First Aid Kit pages are informational. Organization pilots should agree their own data handling process before collecting employee feedback or using any internal reporting material.
We use trusted infrastructure providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, and email delivery. These providers process information only as needed to operate the service.
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of account data by contacting us. Some records may be retained where required for security, compliance, dispute handling, or service operations.
Workplace Healing is not emergency care, therapy, medical diagnosis, legal advice, or a replacement for formal workplace processes. If someone is at immediate risk, contact local emergency or crisis support.
